🔎 Official search
An official search at the lands registry (or via the government's Ardhisasa / eCitizen platforms where available) shows the registered owner, the size and any charges, cautions or restrictions on the title. We share a recent search and encourage you to run your own.
📐 Survey & beacons
We share the survey map / mutation and take you to see the beacons on the ground, so the plot you pay for matches the plot on paper.
🏛️ Land Control Board
Transactions involving agricultural land generally require consent from the local Land Control Board. Where it applies, we handle the application and you receive a copy of the consent.
📜 Title
We tell you in writing whether a plot already has its own title or is part of a mother title awaiting subdivision, and what happens next, before you sign.
⚖️ Advocate-led agreements
Sale agreements are prepared by an advocate. You're always welcome to bring your own lawyer.
🧾 Company accounts only
All payments go to the company's bank account or M-Pesa paybill and are receipted. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account.
