Is the land genuine and how can I check?
Yes – and you shouldn't take our word for it. Before you pay, we share the title copy, a recent official search and the survey map. You (or your advocate) can run your own official search at the lands registry or on Ardhisasa where available.
Do your plots have individual title deeds?
Each plot page shows its title status: either an individual title ready for transfer, or part of a mother title awaiting subdivision. We confirm this in writing before you sign.
How long does title transfer take?
It depends on the land registry and whether consents are needed. Once full payment is made we start the process immediately and keep you updated. [Placeholder – add your typical timeline.]
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Most plots have instalment plans. Use the payment calculator on each plot page to see the deposit and monthly amount, then we'll confirm the exact plan in your offer letter.
What extra costs should I expect?
Typically stamp duty (a government tax on the transfer), legal fees and registration fees. We give you a written breakdown before you commit.
What is Land Control Board consent?
Transactions involving agricultural land generally need consent from the local Land Control Board. Where it applies we prepare and attend the application with you.
Is the site visit really free?
Yes. Book a slot and we'll arrange the visit. There's no obligation to buy.
Can I buy from outside Kenya?
Absolutely. See our diaspora page for video tours, digital documents and remote signing.
What if I miss an instalment?
Talk to us early. The terms for late or missed payments are set out clearly in your sale agreement before you sign.
How do I pay safely?
Only to the company bank account or M-Pesa paybill shown on your offer letter, and always get a receipt. Never send money to a personal number, even if someone claims to work for us.
Can I build immediately?
That depends on the plot and local planning rules. Ask us about each plot; building approvals come from the county government.
Can I resell my plot later?
Once the title is in your name, the land is yours to keep, develop or sell.
Ready to see the land for yourself?
